Enemas For Newbies

Hello Tribe,

 

Lets talk ENEMAS! Okay, I know, I know...Tribe however, this needs to be discussed. I receive countless message's on the subject so I decided to write about it. Besides would you believe me if I told you that your true balance, beauty, peace, restful nights & the ultimate glow to name a few, ... is hiding in an enema bag?

 

 

Yes that's the truth so welcome to Enemas for Newbies... I was first introduced to enemas at the tender age of 4 yrs old. I remember the experience like it was yesterday. I was battling a high fever, I was severely ill with strep throat & I had the chills. I was suffering but my grandmother had the perfect remedy. An enema filled with warm water and a body massage along with prayer. It was an experience that I will never forget. I had a large bowel movement, my fever broke within hours and by the next day I was feeling a lot better.

 

What is an Enema? 

 

An enema administration is an age old technique used to stimulate stool evacuation. It is a liquid treatment most commonly used to relieve severe constipation & toxins from the body. The process helps push waste out of the rectum when you cannot do so on your own. 

 

Why should I use an Enema? 

 

Today in time we are not internally cleansing as much a we should, so I decided to shed some light on the importance of using enemas on a regular basis in hopes of inspiring you to take your cleansing to a whole new level.  Ideally taking enemas on a weekly basis will provide countless benefits. A healthy colon is a major key to optimal well being.  

 

Here's a few regimens designed to aid in healing your colon. 

 

  • Eat  Fresh fruits and vegetables.

  • Drink lots of "Flawless Approved" green juices 

  • Drink 6-8 ounce glasses of distilled or purified water daily. 

  • Take enemas and natural herbal laxatives on a regular bases

  • Exercise daily

     

     

 

Here's a Flawless Approved detox cocktail 

You will need;

1 tbsp of soaked flax seeds 2-3 times per week.

Note: Flax seeds enter the body sweeping the colon of all build up and debris. 
 

Flawless Cascara Sagrada 

Simply taking 2-4 tablets 2-3 times per week will leave you feeling oh so light & oh so flawless for life. 

 

Flawless Tips:

*Massaging the abdomen from right to left with castor or olive oil daily helps to loosen up blockage in the colon increasing circulation & promoting healthy elimination. 

 

*Practicing abdominal exercises such as sacred dance (belly dance), sit ups, leg raises and squats keeps all systems in the body operating on supreme levels. 

 

Note: Most of us have irregularly functioning colons, we've been eating late at night, loading up on starches & proteins, were more than likely NOT getting enough water and greens in our life. This causes severe constipation and slows down the digestive system. We begin storing toxic waste in the body which has the potential to transpire into dis ease. 

***We want to take cleaning out the colon seriously, this allows the fecal matter & hard stones that has been in the colon to begin to pass out. Aka keeps you GLOWING & feeling your best with energy for days!

 

 

 

How to administer an enema at home? 

 

When administering an enema you can utilize a number of different solutions. One of the most common is salt water. I've used plain distilled water and have had amazing results. The solution is placed inside of a enema bag on one side of the tube. The other portion is lubed using aloe vera, olive oil or other natural lubricants and placed directly into the rectum.

Note: In order for the solution to reach the colon properly, hug your knees to your chest while lying on your stomach or on your side.

 

Instructions


*Fill the enema bag with your desired solution, using warm water.

 

*Make sure the clamp is shut. Hold the bag with the hose end down and open the clamp for a moment or so to get rid of any air bubbles, which you do not want to introduce into the colon. 


*Hang the bag alongside the bathtub so that you can access it while lying on your left side.


*Lubricate the end of the tube to make insertion more comfortable before inserting the tube, no more than 4 inches into your rectum. Bear down and push the anus out as you insert the tube to make it more comfortable.

 

*Lie on your left side and pull your knees to your chest.


*Wait for the fluid to enter your rectum, breathing deeply and watching the bag until it is empty.


*Remove the nozzle from your rectum slowly.


***You will probably feel the urge to use the bathroom (“evacuate”) immediately. If you are doing a cleansing enema, carefully stand up and move to the toilet.

 

***If your goal is to have a deep elimination, try really hard to hold the solution in for a few minutes. This may feel like an eternity but this allows the enema to do its job while going deeper in to the colon for the optimal elimination. Repeat this process 2-3 times each cleansing session for best results.

 

Enema Solution Recipes 

 

The possibilities are endless when it comes to enema solutions and options. I suggest keeping things simple starting with water until you've  researched for your own knowing the ingredients that best work for your current needs. Here's a few recipes that are extremely effective. 

  

Castor oil enema solution

 

You will need;

1/4 cup of castor oil

1 lemon juiced 

Filled bag with distilled water 

Instructions: Add ingredients to a bowl, mix approximately 3-6 cups of warm water depending on the size of your enema bag and fill enema bag with this solution.

 

  

Olive oil enema solution

 

You will need;

1/4 cup of olive oil 

1 lime juiced

1 Filled enema bag with warm water

***Alternating 1 only of the following natural astringents such as 12 drops of liquid kyolic

1/4 tsp. Goldenseal powder

2 tbsp of aloe vera gel directly from the plant mashed until it liquifies this can be highly effective in removing parasites & toxins from the body. 

 

Instructions: Add ingredients to a bowl, mix approximately 3-6 cups of warm water depending on the size of your enema bag and fill enema bag with this solution.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What should I do to make this a sacred healing experience?

 

Lets face it cleansing is not always fun, enemas aren't pretty & though the benefits are amazing it is not so easy to wrap the mind around this entire process for some of us. Let us work towards making this a normal routine & remember, just like we wash the outside of our body temples daily, we must remember to internally wash our body temples as well. Both are equally as important.

*I make it a point to create a relaxing environment to better aide in the cleansing process. This helps me to relax, retreat and release.

 

*I always keep a journal near by as cleansing is a divine ritual and there may be sacred messages, ideas, thoughts or even instructions for life may come through during your experience.

 

*I love lighting candles & creating a serene space in my bathroom.

 

*Drawing a warm bath to relax in before, during and after the enema experience.

 

*Using aroma therapy helps me to further relax.

 

*Taking a moment in silence before beginning helps to quiet my mind, and calm my body.

 

*I like to use the power of visualization to aide in the elimination process. I just close my eyes, breathe & see my inner self clean, light and healthier.

 

 

 

 

  

Here's my sacred cleansing bath recipe.  

  

 

You will need;

2 cups of epsom or sea salt ( avoid using salts  if you suffer from high blood pressure or edema)

1 cup of rose petals 

1/3 cup of ginger juice

5-10 drops of frankincense or essential oil of choice 

Instructions: Add all ingredients to filled bath tub, soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.

What should I expect after my cleansing enema? 

 

You should expect to feel extremely light, calm & centered. I always feel like I have a new lease on life after such an intense cleansing experience. I am usually in a happy mood feeling like I can fly. I am feeling myself because my tummy is usually a couple of inches smaller after getting rid of so much gas, impurities, toxic waste and sludge. I always get the best rest following an enema for nights to follow

 

What should I eat before & after an enema? 

 

 

I typically perform an enema at the start of my day so I usually would’ve only had liquids such as lemon water, green magic, herbal tea & fresh juice, tonics or elixirs. I like to keep it light when I know I'm going to administer an enema.

Flawless Sunrise Tonic

 

You will need;

2 Limes

16 Ounces of distilled water

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

 

Instructions: Mix the juice of fresh squeezed limes, water and cayenne well. Sip slowly.

 

Flawless Tip: This is a great mucus buster, it increases the circulation in the body and is sure to get your body ready to work with you in the process of elimination. This is a great am pick me up to enjoy at the rise of each day for great health.

 

Flawless Herbal Elixir

 You will need;

2 Cups of distilled water

1/3 tbsp loose chamomile or 1 tea bag

1/3 tbsp of loose lavender or 1 tea bag

1 tbsp of fresh ginger or 1 tea bag

 

Instructions: Bring water to a boil, add tea and allow it to steep for 2-5 minutes. Sip and enjoy the benefits of Chamomile to calm and center the nervous system while ginger acts as a great digestive aide & lavender lifts the spirit while relaxing the body.

 

Note: After an enema you may find that you are extremely thirsty and or hungry. It is very important to be mindful of what you ingest following this sacred cleansing.

 

Do not re-tox after your detox. Loading up on fruits such as mangoes, melons & berries helps to further cleanse and nourish the body with the vital nutrients needed after everything has been emptied.

Goddess Green Salad

You will need;

3 sliced raw beets

1 Tbsp of little olive oil

1 Tbsp low sodium no soy sauce

1 Tbsp of liquid smoke.

 

Instructions: Mix together all liquid ingredients, add sliced beets allow this to marinade for 30-45 minutes in the fridge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To make Flawless Beet Tzatziki

You will need;
1 /2 chopped, peeled beets
1/3 red pepper 
2 cloves of garlic 
1 tbsp smoke favor 
1/2 cup walnuts (pre soaked in water for 2-4 hrs)
Hand full of fresh Dill
Add 1/3 cup Tahini paste
1 tbsp lemon juice

 

Instructions: Process all ingredients in a food processor. Add to beets, sprinkle a few chopped mint leaves on top and enjoy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Flawless Orange-Spinach Salad

 

You will need;

3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

2 tsp. minced Capers

1 tsp. minced lemon zest

1/4 tsp. each of sea salt and black pepper

4 cps packed fresh spinach leaves

2 oranges, peeled and cut crosswise into 1/2 -inch-thick slices

1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Instructions:Whisk together vinegar, oil, capers, zest, salt, and pepper for the vinaigrette.

Arrange spinach, orange slices, and onion in a serving dish. Drizzle salad with vinaigrette; top with almonds. Enjoy!
